Graeme Jarred

• has 15 years experience working with families and children with a specific emphasis on adolescents
• established several successful adolescent programs aimed at youth homelessness (Reconnect) and adolescent participation in the community (Seen and Heard)
• lectured on “Cognitive Behavioural Approaches to Adolescents and Families of Adolescents” at Curtin University of Technology
• provided family therapy services to adolescents and their families at Bentley Adolescent Psychiatric Unit
• represented adolescent issues through his involvement in the Executive Council of the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA)
• founded the Western Australia Association of Young People in Care (now known as CREATE WA)
